Problem Definition
Currently JIRA has many System Filters which are shown per project and easily switched between from the sidebar of a project. As an administrator, I would like specific filters to be shown on a per project basis.
Suggested Solution
Allow administrators the ability to control which filters are included for each project, including adding my own custom filters shared with this project and to be switchable from the switch filter drop-down menu.
Workaround
Add a link to your saved filter using a Project shortcut, noting this will be a per-user customization to the side panel and is not configurable by an admin.
