Add custom filters in Software Projects (similar to queues in JSD)

      Problem Definition

      Currently, there is no possibility to add custom filters on the side in Jira Software Projects.

      Suggested Solution

      The customer would like to have custom filters in Software Projects (similar to queues in JSD)
