Summary
If the system or user language is changed to Portuguese then date fields will stop working correctly.
The date picker will return the value 08/Jul/16 4:00 PM, once you submit the form data the following error will be shown:
'08/Jul/16 4:00 PM' não é uma data válida. Por favor insira a data no seguinte formato: dd/MMM/yy h:mm a

Steps to Reproduce
- Try starting a sprint
or - Try logging work
Expected Results
JIRA accepts the date format returned by the date picker
Actual Results
'08/Jul/16 4:00 PM' não é uma data válida. Por favor insira a data no seguinte formato: dd/MMM/yy h:mm a
Notes
(Optional - If Necessary)
Workaround
Change the first letter of month to lower case (08/jul/16 4:00 PM)
There is a Bug inside this Bug regarding this workaround. If you try to change the first letter of the January month you won't be allowed, as the settings will automatically revert to the original state. However, it works for any other month.
