Summary
If the system or user language is changed to Czech then date fields will stop working correctly.
The date picker will return the value 19/X/18, once you submit the form data the following error will be shown:
Nezadali jste platné datum. Prosím, zadejte datum ve formátu "d/MMM/yy", např. "19/Říj/18"
Steps to Reproduce
- Try starting a sprint
or - Try logging work or add a due date
Expected Results
JIRA accepts the date format returned by the date picker

Workaround
Change the month abbreviation from X to Říj (19/Říj/18)
