Problem Definition

Currently in JIRA users are not able which project type JIRA will select as default project type when they want to create a project.

Suggested Solution

Allow users to select a specific project type as default project type so it'll be selected as default project type everytime when they create a new project.

Workaround

User will have to manually select a specific project type in Project creation template everytime during project creation.
