Problem Definition
When exporting an issue to any format, the exported file should contain all the columns specified in jira.table.cols.subtasks and not just the default fixed set of Key, Summary, Type, Status and Assignee.
Suggested Solution
Please implement a way to select which columns should be exported, or at least include them all.
Workaround
Use the Xporter for JIRA plugin
Steps to reproduce
- Go to Cog Icon > System > Advanced Settings and set the jira.table.cols.subtasks to the value issuetype, status, assignee, progress, duedate.
- Create a new issue of type Task.
- On the issue page, navigate to More > Create Sub-Task. Make sure to fill the field Due Date and create the new Sub-Task.
- Navigate to Export > Word or Export > Printable. Notice how the Due Date column is missing.
