Allow HTML/Rich text formating in tickets created/commented through email

      Problem Definition

      When a user replies to a issue by email and it contain HTML the content will be converted to plain text.
      The same as described on JSD-1942.

      Suggested Solution

      JIRA handle the HTML instead convert it to plain text.

      Workaround 

      Use Wiki formatting
