      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, posting a new comment through e-mail with HTML/rich text format, the content of the email will be converted to plain text.

      Some users are not aware of this behavior and may use rich text/HTML to organize the information they want to add to the comment.

      Would be useful if JIRA could handle the HTML instead of just convert it to plain text.
