      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      JRA-29743 will introduce SVG support only for system icons/avatars. This suggestion is about allowing users to upload custom SVG avatars (ie. project/user/issue type avatars).
