Customize the starting Issue key Number

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When you create a project (eg. PRO), the first issue created will be given the issue key PRO-1.

      It would be nice to be able to configure the first number such that the first issue will be PRO-1000 for example.
