Allow JIRA to use a random number in issue key

      Problem Definition

      Currently in JIRA issue key is generated sequentially, customer wants to prevent user from seeing how many tickets are there in JIRA instance.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow JIRA to use a randomly generated number for issue key in order to hide the actual number of tickets.

      Why this is important

      For security reasons, some customer needs to hide this information from their user/customer.
