      We often found that more than one person is working on the same issue since that task needs pair programming or some group involvement. It would be very helpful if this is improved to support assignment of more than one resource to a particular issue. Otherwise it is hard to see how resources are allocated as a result it lacks visibility/accuracy on resource based reports.
