Unable to upload attachment if the file name has strange characters

      The file name was:

      "@SaneAtlassian" (1,880) - mcannon@atlassian.com - Atlassian Mail 2014-01-15 10-26-16

      Log warnings are:

      "@SaneAtlassian" (1,880) - mcannon@atlassian.com - Atlassian Mail 2014-01-15 10-26-16 contains the invalid character '"'. Please rename the file and try again.

      The culprit of the warning is the double quote character " in the file name, because after removing it the file is able to be attached.
