Forward slash in Issue attachment file name causes Internal Server Error

      When attaching a file to a JIRA issue, the upload will fail with the message "Internal Server error occurred".

      To reproduce:

      1. Create an image file with the name "/.png"
      2. Attempt to attach it to an issue

      Expected:

      1. File is attached with the name "/.png"

      Actual:

      1. File fails to attach. File name displays as ":.png".
