Summary

When changing the date time format in Look and Feel, the Issue View shows incorrect view.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Look and Feel
2. Change the Complete Date/Time Format appending ZZZ at the end
3. Change the Day/Month/Year Format appending ZZZ at the end

Expected Result

As the preview column at the Look and Feel show, it should be rendered as 23/May/07 6:55 AM Asia/Beirut on the date field across the instance

Actual Result

When viewing an issue at issue view <base URL>/browse/<issue key>

Noticed that the Date field for Created and Updated shows as 28/Nov/14 12:00 AM +0200+0200+0200 instead.

Notes

• The bug does not affect the list view of Issue Navigator but the detail view
• The bug does not affect JIRA Agile's Issue Detail View

please find the attached screen, it shows a wrong date time format as +0550+0550+0550 at the end,we have recently upgraded Jira from version 5.1.8 to Jira version 6.06.
