jira.date.time.picker.javascript.format is not accepting timezone

      After setting up the jira.date.time.picker.java.format (server side) as:

      • EEE MMM dd HH:mm:ss zzz yyyy (e.g. Tue Mar 05 14:22:12 EST 2013)

      I'm not being able to set up the jira.date.time.picker.javascript.format as the corresponding part on the client side - which should be:

      • %a %b %d %I:%M:%S %Z %Y

      The system is not accepting the timezone format - %Z
