Only fields on Edit screen should be editable during bulk operation

Problem Description:

When performing a Bulk Change operation, the edit screen will display all the fields that have that specific project in their context.

It would be great to have the possibility to limit the fields editable in the bulk change screen (like in the edit screen).

Workaround:

Edit the context of the custom field and exclude the project from it by following the below steps:

1. Go to Jira settings --> Issues
2. Click on custom fields
3. Search for the custom field that you want to exclude
4. Click on the three dots then contexts and default value
5. Click edit context
6. Under Choose applicable context, Choose Apply to issues under selected projects and Choose the projects on which the field will be available. (To avoid any problem if you are not sure if other projects are using that field you can select all the projects Ctrl+A and exclude the one you want to exclude with the Ctrl button).
