Field can be changed in bulk edit, although not available due to screen scheme

      It is possible to configure a certain screen for edit action. If i remove a certain field from this screen, it's not possible to change this field during the edit action, but it's still possible to change the field with a bulk change. I want certain fields only be changed during a certain transition, but the bulk editing destroys this and leaves my issues in an undefined state.
