Able to edit fields present in edit screen during bulk import

      We have a separate screen for issue/edit/view screens.When trying to import JIRA fields present in edit screen also, able to modify after the bulk import.
      Is there any other alternative option to eliminate this problem?
      Either it should threw an error during bulk import/values shouldn't get changed after bulk import.
