As a user looking at an epic I would like to be able to filter "issues in epic" list to see what is outstanding

      When looking at Epic's (GHS-5232 is an example) as a development manager I am interested only in the related issues that are not completed, or are being actioned by a particular person.

      I would like the ability to quickly filter the list "issues in epic" to show

      1. only open issues
      2. by assigned to
