Workflow view within issue does not load

Summary

Workflow in issue won't load.

Steps to replicate

1. Go to any existing issues
2. Click on View Workflow

Expectation

The project's workflow is displayed

Actual Result

Spinning wheels loading endlessly

We can see this error in the browser's console:

Uncaught TypeError: this.html.droppable is not a function(…)init 

Cause

Recent changes in JIRA are causing the Tempo add-on to manifest this error when Tempo Timesheets is disabled.

Workaround

Renew the license for the Tempo Add-on OR Disable / Uninstall the tempo Add-on, and the system plug-in dependencies

Exe: Testing With Tempo Planner the add installs all the following add-ons that must all be manually disabled:

Tempo Planner
System Plugin: Tempo Teams
System Plugin: Tempo Planning API
System Plugin: Tempo Core
System Plugin: Tempo Accounts

Testing with Tempo Timesheets the following add-ons that must all be manually disabled:
