"View Workflow" link in the Issue detail view does not show the workflow on the issue

Summary

"View Workflow" link in the Issue detail view does not show the workflow on the issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to an active sprint
2. Click on any issue on the board to open the Issue Detail View for it
3. Under the status of the issue you will have the "(View Workflow)" link
4. Click on this link

Expected Results

Worklfow should popup on this page

Actual Results

You are re-directed to the Issue instead and are able to view the workflow from here

Workaround

View the workflow from the issue itself
