Summary:

Apparently, when clicking the "View Workflow" button from the Issue Detail Panel after clicking an issue will redirect users to the Standard Issue Detail View instead of the usual Pop-up window where we could see the Issue/Ticket workflow.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to any Board(Scrum or Kanban)
2. Click any issue to show the Issue Detail View Panel on the right.
3. On the panel, click the "View Workflow"

Expected Result:

• A Pop-up will appear to show the Issue Workflow.

Actual Result:

• The page will be redirected to Issue Detail View of the selected Issue, still not showing the workflow until the "View Workflow" link is clicked again there.
