Actual Result
Spinning wheels loading endlessly
We can see this error in the browser's javascript console:
Uncaught TypeError: this.html.droppable is not a function(…)init
Cause
Similar to The Cloud BUG https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-63377 where Recent changes in JIRA are causing the Tempo Core add-on (bundled in JIRA Cloud system add-ons) to manifest this error when Tempo Timesheets is disabled.
BUT In contrast to the Cloud Behavior, This is caused by manually installing a tempo plugin For the Server installations and the Tempo Add-on being installed and enabled while having an expired license.
Workaround
Renew the license for the Tempo Add-on OR Disable / Uninstall the tempo Add-on, and the system plug-in dependencies
Exe: Testing With Tempo Planner the add installs all the following add-ons that must all be manually disabled:
Tempo Planner System Plugin: Tempo Teams System Plugin: Tempo Planning API System Plugin: Tempo Core System Plugin: Tempo Accounts
Testing with Tempo Timesheets the following add-ons that must all be manually disabled:
Tempo Timesheets System Plugin: Tempo Teams System Plugin: Tempo Planning API System Plugin: Tempo Core System Plugin: Tempo Accounts
