Dashboard gadgets not loading

    Description

      On a large number of instances, the Introduction gadget and several gadgets on the System Dashboard does not load and displays the following error on the page:

      This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard.

      In the logs you see this:

      Workaround

      Restart the instance - if you are on JIRA Cloud log a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com to ask a Cloud Support Engineer to do this for you.
