Summary

On a large number of instances, gadgets on the Dashboard do not load and display the following error on the page:

This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard.

For the Pie Chart Gadget. it reverts to the old UI.

Workaround

Restart the instance - if you are on JIRA Cloud log a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com to ask a Cloud Support Engineer to do this for you, noting a timeframe with the timezone included.
