Comment-by-email does not work for @mention emails

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      If a new comment is added to an issue, you can reply to that email and it will create a comment.

      This does not work if the email is an @mention email – the emails where the title is "[INSTANCE] So and so mentioned you (JIRA)". Any response to those emails seems to disappear in to the void.
