Issue Summary

Dependency Wheel doesn't appear to be calculating the total epics for Portfolio/Programs. The report is reflecting lines but when you click a program the graph only shows 0.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the dependency grid (Portfolio Level)
2. Then navigate to dependency map (Wheel)
3. Toggle off features

Expected Results

We should see values that represent the number of Epics that are shown on the wheel.

Actual Results

We see the lines but the numbers only show 0's

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
