Issue Summary

Dependency Map: Wheel view doesn't show Epic and Capability dependencies

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Create a few dependencies: Epic, Capability, Feature dependency.
3. Go to Dependency Map>Wheel view.
4. Enable all toggles.
5. Click on any segment that has multiple dependencies linked.

Expected Results

All dependencies are listed in Panel that appears when clicking on the segment.

Actual Results

Only feature dependencies appear.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
