Issue Summary

There is an inconsistent use of singular and plural terminology in the blue left menu.

• Portfolio -> MANAGE -> Theme - Singular when it should be plural
• Portfolio -> MANAGE -> Epics - Properly plural
• Program ->MANAGE -> Feature - Singular when it should be plural
• Program ->MANAGE -> Dependency - Singular when it should be plural
• Program ->MANAGE -> Release Train Objective - Singular when it should be plural
• Program ->MANAGE -> Risks - Properly plural
• Program >TRACK> Dependency Map - Singular when it should be plural, as the other maps are plural

These are the ones that really stand out, however, there are other menu items that may need to be reviewed for consistency with regard to singular / plural.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Jira Align.
2. Click on the various items in the left navigation menu bar, as indicated in the issue summary.

Expected Results

There should be a consistent use of singular and plural terminology on the menu items
