Issue Summary
There is inconsistent use of singular and plural terminology in the blue left menu, and withing Jira Align, such as Checklist step links search.
This was fixed in 10.74 and 10.75, but the issue reappeared in 10.76

These are some of many examples we found, however, there are other menu items that may need to be reviewed for consistency with regard to singular/plural.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Jira Align.
- Click on the various items in the left navigation menu bar, as indicated in the issue summary.
- Go to checklist in the top right of any page
- Create new checklist or edit one
- go to "Search Steplink" and type "program" and see the entries with incorrect plural/singular value
