Unable to import Stories

Steps to Reproduce

As a SUPER ADMIN, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to https://alignsupport.jiraalign.com/
2. Browse to the Program Room --> "Gnomes Program"
3. Browse to the Stories Grid
4. Click "More Actions" button --> select "Import Stories/Criteria"
5. Click "Download Template" button --> notice the downloaded import template
6. Edit the template using MS Excel
7. Fill in the Story tab with some sample data
8. Mac OS user: Save the file as "Excel 2004 XML", per KB article
9. Mac OS: rename the file from ".xml" to ".xls"
10. Back to the Import Backlog, in the dropdown, select "Gnomes Program"
11. Click the "Browse" button to pick the .XLS file
12. Select the import file
13. Click "View Info" to check whether "Stories" were assessed
14. Review the entry. Click "X" to exit the view info panel.
15. Click "Import Data" button
16. Notice the import error

Expected Results

• Stories are ingested and created, showing up on Stories Grid

Actual Results

• The "Upload Failed" error message is thrown:

  Upload Failed
  This could be due to file size, internet speed, or formatting errors. Review the instructions to troubleshoot and then try again.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
