Requesting a Comment and Owner fields be added to Milestones in Jira Align

Users are requesting a Comment and Owner fields be added to Milestones in Jira Align.

Use case:

• This would allow users to track Milestone Owners, when different than work owners.
• They would use the comments field to track if Significant Investment or Obligation Required - Yes, No . If Yes, a description/notes in comment field can be used.
