Request to add a comment and status for each fixed date milestone

As a User, customer is requesting the ability to add a comment & status field for each fixed date milestone within an Epic, so that they can track critical milestones for leadership.

Use case:
Customer has lots of critical milestones which need to be tracked on a weekly basis and they are looking for RAG status and commentary.
