Issue Summary

On description fields on work items in Jira Align which support rich text editing, the corresponding record in Enterprise Insights does not properly format/exclude HTML entities.
HTML tags are no longer seen on the EI description following JIRAALIGN-392 release, but HTML entities can be seen. This impacts customers reporting and use of EI alongside reporting tools that don't support these values.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Jira Align, Create Epic/Capabilities (or any work item that allows rich text editing in the description field)
2. Input a description that includes any of the following common values: &, 'double spacing', ", <, >
3. Save
4. Wait for some time for data refresh to Enterprise Insights (EI)
5. Query Description field of the created work item on EI

Expected Results

The value in the description field should contain the actual characters inputted by the user

Actual Results

The value in the description field shows HTML entities representing the characters inputted by the user, instead of the actual characters.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
