Issue Summary
When you change the state of a work items the "Accepted Date" is updated with the expect timestamp at the moment of the state is changed to "Accepted".
It is observed that the "Accepted date" changes always even with any update being made on the work-items in ADO for example adding a tag or change the title.
Business Impact
This gives all wrong reports to the stakeholders.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Work-item in JA and sync with ADO
- Change the State of the WorkItem to "Accepted", the "Accepted Date" is update with the date (in UI is not visible the time), in the image is 11 March
- The second day update the work-item in ADO, for example change the title or add a tag
- Wait for the sync
- You can observe that the "Accepted Date" is change to 12th of March
- This change reflect in Enterprise Insight as well

The "Accepted Date" does not change

The "Accepted Date" change
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
