      Issue Summary

      Unable to access Audit Logs for Success Criteria

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

      • Tested and reproduced in current JA Cloud Support instance, JA version 11.5.1 and reproduced it there.
      • Tested in older version JA v11.3.1 and v11.4 where issue is not reproducible so this seems to be regression

       

      Customer reported they are unable to see Success Criteria Audit Logs.

      Even Super Admin user is unable to view Audit Logs for Success Criteria

      This seems to be a regression issue in the latest JA cloud version 

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Even the Super Admin user is not able to open the Audit Log for Success Criteria at Success criteria slide out > Audit Log present at the following navigation:
        • Top-level Portfolio menu > Select a Portfolio > More Items > Success Criteria slide out > Audit Log
        • When opening the Audit log for Success criteria as a Super Admin user, the pop-up window has a message :
          • You Need More Access To View This Page"

      Expected Results

      User should be able to view the Audit Log at the Success Criteria slide out .

      Actual Results

      User is getting permission error when attempting to view the audit log

      Workaround

       

      • Navigate to Jira Align Administration > Logs > Changes
      • Click Apply Filters
        • Use the Filter: Details 'contains' success criteria
