Audit Log for ranking is not descriptive, rank type (PI) should be specified

      STR: 
      1. Go to backlog
      2. Make different ranking
      3. Open ranked item 
      4. Open audit log

      ER: Audit Log should provide details on the specific rank. For example, Program ABC and PI XYZ should be included if that was the rank that was changed.

      AR: it says only changed number
