Issue Summary

The Feature Forecast Tab is missing in Jira Align v11.3.1.

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Jira Align v11.3.1
   1. Ensure that the forecast toggles are enabled for the Feature
2. Open any Feature and check the slide panel
3. The Forecast tab (TabID=7) is missing.

Expected Results

The Forecast tab is available and ready to be used.

Actual Results

The Forecast tab is unavailable and triggers no error at the back-end side.
Also, it is not loading the HTML referred for the Forecast tab.

Workaround

The forecast tab for a Feature can be accessed by going to the Forecast page in a Program.
So for that:

• Go to the Program -> Select a Program
• On the left menu, select a PI
• Click on Forecast
• Select a Feature
• It will open the Forecast tab (but it will trigger an error in the HTML of the Forecast tab icon that will not make it visible)
