Issue Summary

Theme Backlog rank with Portfolio (and PI) context Audit log entries do not specify the portfolio or PIs.

Special Note:

Please make that the data also gets populated into the EI AA_schema
 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Portfolio → Backlog → Theme Backlog 
2. Move a Theme in the backlog
3. Check the Theme's details panel and see that it only shows that the rank changed but does not specify the portfolio
4. Same issue for PI context - doesn't specify the PIs for which the backlog rank has changed

Expected Results

Context-Specific Backlog audit logs should leave more info about the context in the log entry.

For example, compare it to Epic backlog and Epic details panel and see that Epics show the portfolio ID that backlog rank was changed in.

Actual Results

When moving Themes in Portfolio-specific Backlog, the audit log shows that the Portfolio rank was changed but doesn't specify which portfolio and/or PI. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
