Issue Summary

In the backlog, user can set and edit the rank of their themes.
The changes are then saved and leaving the page or reloading shows the new rank order for the themes' list

However, in the Theme's audit log itself, the change is not recorded

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any portfolio
2. Select Backlog - Set the backlog to Theme's level
3. Move a theme's rank
4. Go to the same theme's details panel and verify audit log
5. Notice that no audit log entry is created for this action

Expected Results

As for any other Item level, the audit log should reflect the change of rank when an action has been performed by a user.

Actual Results

No records of rank movement are recorded in the Theme's audit log
The changes are not recorded in Administration> Change log section either

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
