Issue Summary

When validating the [Feature Team Sprint] table in Enterprise Insights with the Program Board in Jira Align, some Features presented in the Program Board are missing in the EI.

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Jira Align, go to the Program Board and apply the filters if needed
2. On the EI, go to the [Feature Team Sprint] and use a filter like done in the Jira Align
3. Also, in the EI query, add the [Current Record Flag] = 'Yes' in the where instruction, like in the example below:

   1. SELECT *
      FROM current_dw.[Feature Team Sprint]
      WHERE [Current Record Flag] = 'Yes'
      AND ([FK Program Increment ID] in (759, 593) or [FK Program Increment ID] = '')
      AND [FK Team ID] = 6230
      ORDER BY [FK Feature ID], [FK Team ID]
      

Expected Results

The Enterprise Insights results in the [Feature Team Sprint] table match with the Jira Align Program board.

Actual Results

There are missing Feature values in Enterprise Insights.

Workaround

Note that the steps below will change the "Team Target Completion Sprints" history in the Change History.

1. Please, go to Jira Align
2. Navigate to the same program board.
3. Click on a Feature to open the side menu
4. Go to the "Team Target Completion Sprints" and select any other value (like unassigned)
5. Then select back the option that was in "Team Target Completion Sprints"
6. Close the side menu
7. After finishing all the Features presented in the Program Board, wait for the Jira Align sync with Enterprise Insights.
