Issue Summary

Post upgrade to JA v11.2.0 connectors are grayedout because of which it is not possible to change the connector.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to test instance of JiraAlign i.e v11.2.0.
2. Go to Settings -> Connectors -> Jira Settings

Expected Results

User should be able to switch to a different Jira Connector.

Actual Results

JIRA Connector is Grayedout, hence blocking user to change Connectors.

Workaround

Manually indicate the connector ID to be modified on the URL.
Example, if you want to modify connector 14, manually update the URL to: /ManageExternalTool?i=14&FirstTime=True
