Issue Summary

User Time zone preferences can't be changed.
The issue in the Cloud.
With 11.1.1 (Build: 11.1.1.45741) we can also see that the timezone setting is not updated when saving.

Steps to Reproduce

Select Personal settings, and you will open the page where is reported the time zone; see image.

Expected Results

After changing the timezone and saving, the change is not maintained, and it rolls back to the previous time zone.

Actual Results

The new time zone should be kept after the save.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
