Issue Summary

We should be consistent in the way we store and retrieve the last updated/modified dates in the feature slideout and the audit log based on User preferences.

This is reproducible when the time of the server, JA application itself, and the database are different.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
