Ability to rank Themes and Epics in Backlog with the Snapshot filter on

      Currently, there's no way to have a snapshot filter in Enterprise → Backlog and be able to rank Themes and Epics.

      Some customers would like to be able to rank Themes or Epics in Backlog with the Snapshot filter on.
