Current Situation:

Currently, the Backlog page can only support ranking only if a filter on the entire solution/portfolio is added. If we have 1 solution team and we want to filter only 3 out of 8 associated program teams' capabilities, this is not possible - we are forced to use the entire solution filter. We are unable to add custom hierarchies as additional fields in the grid view.

Suggestion

• Allow the backlog view to support ranking even if a filter is added for it. Example: If we have 1 solution with 30 programs or 30 custom hierarchy values. We should be able to rank capabilities associated with 10 programs or 15 custom hierarchy values only.
• Make custom hierarchies dimensions available in the "Columns shown", make them visible in the grid view and also allow filtering.
