Add the feature to sort Programs alphabetically in New OKR slide-out view

      Please add the feature to sort Programs alphabetically in the new OKR slide-out view as the Legacy Objective slide-out view does.
      In the new OKR experience, verifying whether the correct Programs or specific Programs are assigned to the Objective has become more difficult for the user.
