      Issue Summary

      In some cloud instances, the themes page takes a long time to load.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create 700 themes
      2. Access Theme's page

      Expected Results

      Page should load quickly

      Actual Results

      Takes more than a minute before the page loads successfully

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
