Update the Notification section > Send alerts if Jira Align cannot connect to API field definition to clarify that notifications will be sent to all Super Admins by default when this field is left blank.

Send alerts if Jira Align cannot connect to API. Type email addresses (separated with commas) to send the alert emails to. NOTE: Notifications will be sent to all Super Admins by default if this field is empty and If Allow Jira connection alert API calls is set to Yes.
